I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas in the Department of Computer Science.
I was previously a research staff member at Fujitsu Laboratories of America, and a postdoctoral scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, working under the supervision of Shankar Sastry and J. D. Tygar. I obtained my Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the University of Maryland, under the supervision of John S. Baras.

My research interests include several aspects of network security. I am particularly interested in security and privacy in the smart grid and other cyber-physical systems, application of machine learning and analytics to computer security, and wireless networking.
